Using this is equivalent to throwing your money in a toilet. It will take you months for them to verify your 10DLC. The response time for their support team is about the same time frame. I just don't think the founder knew what he was getting himself into. I spent about $300 in one week for texting credits and have less than 50% deliverability. If you depend on SMS marketing like I do for your business and can't afford to have a company leave you in the dark, and deliver less than half of your leads, than I would suggest the ole faithful - iSales now called Ringy. | |
