Eu comprei e assinei com o meu cartão, no mesmo dia meu número super aquecido foi banido, pra completar ontem descontou R$ 71,21 do meu cartão (segundo mês, não sabia que era pagamento recorrente), tanto no site da ferramenta, quanto no site que intermedia a compra (stripe), não tem opção de remover o cartão (somente se você adicionar outro método), só removem seu cartão se você mandar e-mail pra eles e pasmem, NÃO FAZEM REEMBOLSO depois que é descontado. É uma empresa da índia, lá não existe direito do consumidor. Tentei contestar pelo mercado pago, mas como eu tinha permitido a primeira vez, eu não consigo concluir a contestação. |
