en This app really helped me stay conscious of not only my breathing but also helped me checkin with my nervous system. I tend to not checkin with myself during work and let my body run away from me. This app helps me take time to catchup with how my body feels. The guided exercises are also really helpful to recenter myself and GAIN more clarity and focus during the day. Highly recommend!
