Enables playback of web-based media with IINA, today's hottest macOS media player. Fully supports YouTube videos and playlists. Doesn't require additional add-ons like "native client", superseding similar plugin solutions. Seamlessly integrating IINA with your Browser, this add-on simplifies using the apps' features, performance and user experience for playing back web-based media. By delegating the rendering of high-definition web video (like 4K or HDR) to the native macOS app, hardware accelerated playback works regardless of any browser compatibility issues. Playback of web-based surround audio on external rigs or audio interfaces stops being a gamble. Install the add-on.
Open a website with video or audio elements (like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLzxrzFCyOs).
As soon as compatible media sources are found, the add-on icon in the top right  browser toolbar will display the number of discovered sources.
 Right-click the add-on toolbar icon and select one of the sources listed within Media to open it with IINA.
 To fine-tune add-on behavior, change the options within the Preferences menu.
