Decided to give them a try. On my initial call with them their service was completely down and we had to reschedule. Upon signing up, the results were truly lackluster. I had only used a fraction of my credits and already knew it was going to be a waste of time and money. I asked for a refund and they would not provide this. Overall the customer service was good, not great. The service itself is not worth the money or time. We will keep using Fiverr for lead gen instead.
