Can someone help with this?? Does it ever work for anyone????? It's not working at all for anyone within our organization. We needed a spell/grammar/writing helper and this was recommended, but seems useless????

After installing Help Me Write, I had a hard time figuring out how to download and open the software. After some searching, I found that it had to be downloaded through an extension. Then, to open it, I had to be logged into the Chrome browser. I then had to look in Chrome extensions and add it to the top left menu strip. Once I did that, Help Me Write showed up on the right-click menu. Tried looking in these reviews for help with all this, so sharing what I learned. Now I'm ready to start using it, maybe will rate again if it's good. Good luck!
