The interface is a jumbled mess of poorly designed menus and confusing buttons. It's like they threw together a bunch of random features and hoped for the best. And don't even get me started on the "help" section, which is just a collection of vague, outdated instructions that will leave you feeling more lost than when you started. But hey, maybe the user interface is just a minor issue, right? Wrong. The real problem is that the software itself doesn't actually work.
