## Description

The Phasmophobia Detector EMF Chrome extension is inspired by the popular video game Phasmophobia. It uses EMF (Electromagnetic Field) detection to help you discover when a colleague is giving off ghostly signals. Perfect for fans of paranormal investigations or those looking to add a fun ghost detection feature to their browsing experience. This tool mimics the game's spirit-detecting mechanics, making ghost hunting with coworkers a unique and entertaining activity.

## Review summary

Overall, reviewers view Phasmophobia detector EMF as a fun, prank-friendly entertainment app rather than a real EMF meter. Many enjoy the creepy vibes and the 'looks real' feel, and some say it delivers scary moments and a convincing gimmick. However, most agree it’s fake and unreliable for actual ghost hunting, with issues like readings that depend on device angle, limited controls (no manual vibration), and download problems. The app is praised for entertainment value, not accuracy.

### Pros

- Great for entertainment and pranks; fun to use despite being fake.
- Looks/feels like a real EMF reader, which adds to the experience.
- Provides scary moments and suspense that users appreciated.
- Does what it says in the entertainment category; simple and easy to use.

### Cons

- The app is clearly fake and not a real EMF meter; expect entertainment, not accuracy.
- Readings can be unreliable and depend on device orientation.
- Download/installation can be slow or fail.
- Limited controls; vibration cannot be manually adjusted.
