Sortd turns Gmail into a visual workspace where email, tasks and your team all live in one place. Drag and drop emails onto boards, assign owners, set deadlines, and never let a customer message slip through the cracks — without ever leaving your inbox.

NEW: Sortd AI Work faster and make sure nothing slips. Sortd AI reads every conversation and adds lightweight signals your team can act on instantly — no manual tagging, no extra tools: • Needs Response • Follow-Up Due • Awaiting Reply • Urgency Alerts • Sentiment Flags • Clear Ownership

See exactly where every customer stands, at a glance.

Email as a visual workflow Drag any email onto a board. Add deadlines, reminders, notes and assignees. Watch work move from New → In Progress → Resolved — the way your team actually works.

Shared inboxes, done right Run sales@, support@ and finance@ as a team. See who's replying, assign owners, and avoid double-answers. Everyone knows exactly who's responding to the customer.

Mail and tasks, side by side Every email can become a task — linked, tracked and impossible to forget. Your to-do list and your inbox finally speak the same language.

Up and running in minutes Start from a ready-made template — Sales, Customer Support, Hiring, Projects, Billing and more — and invite your team.

Why teams choose Sortd "Transforms Gmail into an all-in-one workspace to manage sales, service and delivery with jaw-dropping efficiency."

"Sortd AI has given me the clarity, as a CEO, to see where we are with each of our clients — without nagging the team for updates. It's been instrumental in catching customer concerns before they escalate."

Works where you already work. No new app to learn, no inbox to migrate. Sortd lives right inside Gmail.
