Choose the font, size, colour, bold, italic, underline and strikethrough, or put a coloured background behind your text. • Write in a handwriting font when a form should look filled in by hand rather than typed. • Drag out a text box for longer notes and let the words wrap inside it. • Fill in forms and paperwork on screen instead of printing them out and writing by hand. • Select words on the page and highlight, underline or strike them through in one click. • Highlight text by dragging across it, in any colour. • Draw freehand with the pen, for a circled figure or a scribbled note in the margin. • Draw rectangles, circles, lines and arrows to mark up a page. • Add tick and cross marks for quick approvals. • Sign PDFs.
