2024-08-19	Bishoy A Tanagho	well, if the status us hidden from my whatsapp, it doesn't offer to provide the statuses or whatsapp stories, which is a big drawback, because there are cheaper apps to monitor online status, without whatsapp stories, even i can do it manually with a coincidence to check someone's online status without having to subscribe or know accurate online details,
2024-03-27	Tarun Gupta	1. It asks for accessing all your contact. I mean why do you need to see all my contacts when I want to track only a couple and 2. Blatant breach of privacy and security. It asks you to login your WhatsApp into their remote system. They can read all your chats and then do whatever they can in their capacity. I wouls never recommend this app. I uninstalled 2 minutes later I installed it.
2023-12-26	4prelude Christopher	Trying to cancel is a nightmare. I just want to cancel the subscription it'll tell you if they're online, but that's it. Which is fine. But now that I've paid for 2 weeks, I'm trying to cancel the subscription through google playstore, and it doesn't even exist in my subscriptions. I tried to cancel through PayPal, but every time I bring up the subscription through PayPal, the PayPal magically crashes. Will update on how they handle they situation.

The deduction was successful, but I was not able to utilize the premium services as advertised. I sent an email to the respective person, but they ignored my email. Now, the subscription has already ended, and I am at a loss.
2023-03-27	Lacy Webb	DO NOT purchase this app. I purchased it on Thursday & requested a refund on Saturday. The app is extremely unreliable. I wanted to see how well it worked & monitored a family member. We communicated & monitored the app to see if it would capture all their occurances when accessing the app as well as time on and off. It logged them as being on for hours upon hours when they weren't. The app didn't work from the start and the refund policy doesn't permit a refund. Im without a working app and $15
2023-03-27	Smilensmash	Sadly it's very inaccurate. It keeps telling me that the person is online for hours after they've opened the app. It's like people have the app open for 3+ hrs, but when I open WhatsApp I can see that they're not online. If it worked properly, might be worth it, but not like this, especially not a weekly price as opposed to a monthly / yearly one.
2023-02-25	Jason Daniel	Before my trial period I was charged for the full amount. I've lodge a complaint to Google play store. I contacted the developer and they were kind enough to address the issue and refund me on the same day my credit was deducted. Despite the deduction issue, this is one of the best online tracker I've used but very expensive. Perhaps the developer should consider revising the price (ie. Price for tracking only one number).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling...nothing. my internet connection is fine. So obviously it's a problem with the app. I canceled my subscription. I think I should get a refund for my last subscription since I can now not use it. I dont even know who to contact for.technixal support.

I msg but they replied promptly, said they were looking into it and it started tracking again but I didn't get extra time for when it wasn't working. Thank you all management team💐💐
2022-10-29	luan lobo	Scammers. Don't waste your time. This is a paid app that costs you $15 to use. I tried and trusted them with my billing information just to be charged the subscription twice ($30) after the trial ends (had the app for less than 4 days). And upon contacting their extremely rude customer service, they told me "they could only find one charge in my account", even after I sent screenshot of my last transactions showing I was charged $30. Now I need to dispute with my bank. Dont make the same mistake
