## Description

Disclaimer: This WMS app can only be used in Vinsum Axpress India Pvt Ltd warehouses by Vinsum employees. All the invoices, boxes, racks, pallets, grn, and vehicle, warehouse data this app gives is from Vinsum Axpress India Pvt Ltd. This app only scans barcodes (to give data) generated in Vinsum warehouses.<br><br>Main App features: <br>User can only log in with their Vinsum credentials and select warehouse if the default branch is not a warehouse.<br><br>Dashboard Report (include pending putway list, vehicle list, indent list in vinsum warehouses)<br>Document status (include total pending and received ASN and invoices)<br><br>1) Track And Trace (Vinsum warehouses)<br>(a) Pallet Scan - Scan the pallet/Rack barcode and get invoices/items stored on the rack location. Audit and acknowledge if everything is in the right place.<br>(b) Invoices No. - Search by invoice or SKU code to get invoice data and after selecting the checkbox (only invoices with stock available can be selected), generate an indent of the invoice/s.<br>(c) GRN - get data by scanning or typing grn no.<br>(d) GRN QC Checking<br>(e) Box inquiry<br><br>(2) Inward Transaction<br>(a) Box Scan - First, scan a pallet barcode, if it&#39;s verified and available, scan boxes that will be placed on the pallet. Box data will appear after every successful scan. The user can close the pallet after all boxes are scanned. Or if there are already boxes, then see boxes data.<br>(b) Pallet Position - Scan the pallet (barcode) and rack barcode to place the pallet on the rack.<br><br>(3) Outward Transaction<br>(a) Picklist scan - If you have created an indent that is not completed outward scan then, you can choose that indent here and scan its boxes to collect the boxes to take them to the loading area.<br>(b) Outward Scan - If there are vehicles available at the moment then, select a vehicle, give its lr no., and scan boxes present in the loading area to put those boxes in the vehicle. Users can see boxes already scanned/present in the vehicle. When all boxes of an invoice is scanned, a slip ID will be automatically generated.<br>(c) delivery note date wise
