This app rarely ever works how it should and is incredibly NOT intuitive, especially regarding sharing the family pass among members. Pain in the butt. Also, good luck getting it to work at the gate when you need it to. better have your passes screenshot ahead of time.

Navigation on here is terrible. It is amazing this is a widely used app for the State of Iowa. If this was private business, Bound would be out of business.
