## Description

VerifiedLink protects users from deceptive hyperlinks.

A common phishing technique is to display a trusted domain name as the visible link text while directing the user to a completely different website.

VerifiedLink detects these mismatches and warns the user before navigation.

How it works

When a webpage displays a link that appears to be a domain name, VerifiedLink compares the visible text with the actual destination domain.

If they do not match, the link is highlighted and a warning dialog appears before navigation.
