Or build your own interval workout in seconds.<br><br>CASUAL MODE: warm up, work, rest, rounds and cool down, set with big steppers you can hit with sweaty hands.<br><br>PRO MODE: any sequence of work and rest blocks, in any order, repeated for as many sets as you want. Circuits, ladders, EMOMs, complexes.<br><br>While you train, a huge colour-coded ring counts the interval down: lime for work, teal for rest. Countdown beeps, spoken cues (&quot;Go, round three&quot;, &quot;Rest&quot;, &quot;Halfway&quot;), optional vibration, and the screen stays awake so you never have to touch the phone mid-burpee. Pause, skip or end at any point.<br><br>Every workout you finish lands in your history.<br><br>No account. No sign-up. Nothing leaves your phone.
