The app consolidates requests across multiple Train Operating Companies, removing the hassle of contacting different sources. Features like volume button navigation improve usability for those using screen readers. By downloading Passenger Assistance, users gain a reliable tool to plan journeys confidently with the assurance that assistance is organized and confirmed ahead of time. Future updates will expand to other transport modes, further enhancing travel accessibility.
