## Description

Open eLMS is a user-friendly Learning Management System which allows users to run learning from their mobile devices.  Learners must have a registered account with Open eLMS prior to installing the app.<br><br>Open eLMS features a video on demand style learner interface which allows learners to run learning  both online and offline.  The system also links with the web app to run all types of learning from YouTube links to pdfs.<br><br>Open eLMS provides hundreds of the companies of all sizes to provide the perfect learning solutions for them.
