The application is an analogue of the book "Kiyashko", authored by Denys Kiyashko, which has been published in printed form since 2020. Contains stories, samples, recommendations for the preparation of materials on administrative offenses in the field of traffic safety and public order protection.

The application is designed for use in the official activities of patrol police officers, police officers of the response sector of the patrol police, precinct police officers and community police officers and contains the necessary base with regulatory and legal acts, plots for resolutions and protocols on administrative offenses, as well as interesting links and organizational principles of police activity. Users will be able to search for the necessary materials in a few clicks and, if necessary, save them to their favorites.

The data specified in the application regarding plots for resolutions and protocols are not officially approved by the Government of Ukraine (and other state bodies), but are the result of research activities on the analysis of laws and by-laws, officially published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (https:// www.rada.gov.ua/), as well as taking into account the practice of applying legal norms by the judicial system of Ukraine from open sources (the Unified State Register of Court Decisions https://reyestr.court.gov.ua/).
