"Hospital Care" is a third-party booking platform launched by "YouCare," specifically designed for short-term hospital care needs. It helps patients and their families find suitable care services conveniently and with peace of mind.

The platform's process is patented and features data preservation, separation of payment and service flows, and matchmaking without dispatching. This effectively reduces hospital management time and the burden on nursing staff, while improving patient and family satisfaction.

【Features】

Search by date, time, hospital, job type, etc.

Search results can be sorted by reviews, seniority, etc., allowing you to select suitable caregivers.

Before booking, you can see the caregiver's photo, education, experience, language proficiency, and self-introduction before deciding whether to submit the booking.

After booking, you can use the "Ask" function to communicate service details with the caregiver. Payment is made only after both parties understand the details.

During the booking process, the app provides a quick response within 30 minutes and automatically sends a notification informing you of the booking result.

Built-in scheduling for convenient time management.

Credit card payment, no cash required.

Caregiver check-in and check-out are recorded via GPS. Notifications are sent to you via the app to track caregiver check-in and check-out status.

Rating Mechanism: You can instantly see other users' ratings of your caregivers.

【Important Notes】

To protect user privacy and transaction security, "Hospital Care" uses SSL encryption to securely protect user and credit card information throughout the entire process.

To protect caregiver privacy, members must verify their credit card before searching (no fees will be deducted) to make a search and appointment.

To maintain the quality of care, "Hospital Care" currently does not offer continuous 24-hour care from a single caregiver.

The minimum service time for a caregiver is 4 hours.

The maximum service time for a single caregiver is 12 hours. For 24-hour care needs, two to three caregivers can be assigned to take turns providing care.
