2025-01-25	Isabel M	I used TWRail app to check across all public transportation for planning and purchased tickets that are saved in my phone app. Worked perfectly! It had some learning curve due to how substation and main station were categorized. The stations are ordered in the order of arrival so clicking through surrounding stations helped to find the exact substation name.

2024-12-27	Sam Capy	Does exactly what it says on the tin, and does it well. Look up routes, times, book tickets, and scan tickets all from this app with no hassle.
2024-11-21	Kris Wynn	The app is poorly designed. Really need to spend more budget on app developments. Updated the app and now my account got suspended for a month with no obvious reason. No explanation was given nor was any warning about what can cause an account suspension.
2024-09-18	Nhàn Phạm	Very bad for international people, cannot create account, booked the based on ARC ID for ticket holder but when retrieve ticket following the ARC ID - "no result" even call service team also not found. My money just gone :)
2024-08-01	timothy seekings	Disappointed as it doesn't seem to allow me to register an account with my ARC or Passport. An other furstrating experience with the new "smart" and appified world. Another deposit on the wasted time bank.
2024-06-26	horzac	What was the point of taking a day off and going to each of my banks, the local registry office, various other ministries to update my old APRC # just so this garbage app can refuse to accept the new one? Taiwan, do better.
2023-12-29	Daniel Lee	Worked great. Put in ARC number. Used American credit card to book. UI isn't great but it worked. Only issue is not sure how multi ticket purchase work for mobile pick up. *Lol spoke too soon. Pulled up app at train station to redeem ticket but booked ticket no longer showed. Was able to get ticket still since I had my ID at the ticket desk. Thank goodness.
2023-10-17	Ron Heinsman	Even after updating to the newest APRC number (a Taiwan permanent residence certificate number), a foreigner without a Taiwan citizen ID number cannot create an account using this app.
