(images, media, etc.)  

<b>Usage:</b>
<ol>	<li>install the add-on </li>	<li>use the toolbar button to toggle the ON (green) and OFF (red) state </li></ol><b>Notes: </b>
<ol>	<li>		<i>Permissions:</i>
		<ul>		  <li><b>all_urls</b>to update the requests for all sites</li>		  <li><b>webRequest</b>, to hook into the webRequest event</li>		  <li><b>webRequestBlocking</b>, to modify the  header</li>		  <li><b>storage</b>, to save the state though browser restarts</li>		</ul>		This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
