Tab Reloader lets you set any tab to auto-reload on a fixed interval — perfect for monitoring dashboards, live feeds, or any page that needs to stay fresh.

Reload intervals: 10s, 30s, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min — or any custom value
