Stops opening of new tabs which try to load urls, which are blacklisted via regular expressions

<ol>	<li>install the add-on </li>      <li>open extension options / preferences page </li><li>add regular expressions for urls to block</li></ol><b>Notes: </b>

		<ul>			<li>Display notifications to you</li>			<li>Access browser tabs</li>			<li>Access your data for all websites</li>		</ul>		This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
