Three bells signal the beginning of a session and three bells mark its conclusion. A pause function is available during a session if needed.

To make regular practice effortless, the app includes four preset slots. Users can save up to four preferred meditation configurations, including session length and interval bell settings, and quickly load them whenever needed. In addition, the app automatically remembers and restores the most recently used settings when it is reopened, allowing users to begin their practice with minimal interaction.
