## Description

This extension disables the Github merge button under circumstances you configure.  You can configure it to disable the button if the PR has failing checks, or if a label you specify is present on the PR.  The extension is meant to help you not merge PRs that aren't ready, but shouldn't be relied on as the only thing preventing that.
