The "Smapass Notification" app is the official app for residents of Kamishihoro Town, Hokkaido.
It connects with the resident portal site "Kamishihoro Smart PASS" to provide a convenient and secure information distribution app that allows you to receive various town information via push notifications.
This app is designed to deliver timely information relevant to residents' daily lives, such as announcements from the town, town event information, and notifications related to administrative procedures. There are two notification options: "To You" and "To Everyone." Important announcements you don't want to miss will be sent to "To You," while event information and town announcements will be sent to "To Everyone."

Receive administrative information, useful guides for daily life, event information, and more from Kamishihoro Town through the app. You will also receive notifications from "Kamishihoro Smart PASS," such as facility reservation notifications and application results.
● Receive only the information you need with "To You" and "To Everyone"
Notifications are categorized into "To You" and "To Everyone," which are relevant to individuals and generally for residents.
For example, notifications related to individual users, such as facility reservations, approval results for online applications, and reminders the day before a facility reservation, are sent as "To You," while event and town announcements are sent as "To Everyone."
● Set your own notification reception timing
You can choose between "Immediate Notifications" or "All Notifications." This allows you to customize notifications to fit your daily routine, reducing the burden of receiving information.
● Convenient notification function integrated with "Kamisiboro Smart PASS"
Integrated with the functions of the resident portal site "Kamisiboro Smart PASS," you can receive notifications for facility reservations and approval results for online applications. You will also receive a reminder the day before a facility reservation, such as "Tomorrow is the facility usage day," to help you avoid forgetting to schedule.
● Read/Favorite Function
Notifications received in the app are marked as read when opened, preventing you from forgetting to read them. You can bookmark notifications you want to reread at any time.
