## Description

shrugged is a Firefox add-on that makes it easy to add the ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ emoji to your chats and text fields. By pressing the semi-colon key twice, the add-on inserts the shrug emoji in your current focused element or chat field. It listens for the ';' character and waits for the next ';' to trigger the insertion.
