## Description

ShortNews shows a compact preview card for public news article links in Firefox for Android. After you enable previews and allow the active site, long-press an eligible article link to see the headline, AI Summary, Quick Summary, sharing actions, saved cards, and shared article conversation.

If a link preview cannot verify a JavaScript-heavy article, open the article and use Summarize from the ShortNews popup. ShortNews blocks private pages, local pages, login flows, downloads, signed temporary links, and unsafe redirects.
