Are you going on stage soon?<br>Or have you just performed?<br>Maybe you&#39;re having trouble getting started?<br>Choose a situation where you desire positive energy - erase your negative, non-functional thoughts and replace them with functional thoughts that instead lead you forward. You can also listen to visualizations as mental preparation for different occasions.<br>The app contains six categories. Two visualizations and nine interchangeable thoughts in each category.<br><br>Open Stage &amp; Mind counteracts stress, nervousness and poor self-esteem. The app is tailored for musicians but works equally well in many areas.<br><br>Open Stage &amp; Mind works nationwide with support for young musicians. The goal is to increase well-being and mental balance and contribute to a sustainable entry into professional life. Primary areas of work are mental and physical health and hearing.<br>OSAM is run by the Swedish Orchestra Association and financed by Arvsfonden.<br>In OSAM, musicians, physiotherapists, ergonomists, mental coaches, health educators and hearing experts work.<br><br>https://www.bodyartmind.se/open-stage-mind
