Shorts are restricted to prevent infinite scrolling; you can only watch selected shorts. It also removes the mobile Shorts button and automatically redirects Shorts links to the standard, distraction-free video player. πŸ‘‰πŸ»Insta: Completely hides the Reels button and the "Explore" page. You can still view posts from friends and saved items without falling into an infinite feed. πŸ‘‰πŸ»FB: Removes Reels tabs and links from the interface. πŸ‘‰πŸ»The Intelligent Nudge ScrollBlock monitors your usage in real-time. If you scroll past 8 full screens or watch 8 short videos in a row, the extension interrupts your session with a friendly reminder. This popup displays exactly how much time you've spent on the current site, alongside your total social media time for the day. (Note: You need an account key to sync time across multiple devices; without it, your total time will only reflect your current browser.) Almost all blockers remove Shorts and Reels, but no other blocker works on main feeds. We achieved this by introducing nudges: once you start scrolling the main feed on any social media site, popup messages will restrain you from scrolling further. You can let the 8-second visual countdown run out or manually dismiss itβ€”giving you the perfect moment of friction to close the tab and get back to your day.
