## Description

Scroll to top bar is a Firefox add-on that provides a new way to scroll to the top and back. Simply hover over the scrollbar and click on the bar that appears to quickly scroll to the top of the page. Clicking it again will return the scrolling position to where it was before. To use this addon, you should enable the "Always show scrollbars" option in about:preferences#general.
