## Description

This is a pretty simple one-trick-pony. There are only 2 configurable options:
<ol><li>A list of website you'd like to limit scrolling on</li><li>A numeric value indicating the scroll limit</li></ol>
Larger numbers let you scroll further, smaller numbers restrict the scroll.
