## Description

Most screen recorder extensions want an account, cap the free tier at 5 minutes, or upload your video to their cloud. This one does not.

Screen Recorder Lite records your screen, a window, or a single tab. It saves the file straight to your Downloads folder as a WebM. That is the whole product.

If you want trimming, editing, GIF export, or annotations, use Screenity. Screen Recorder Lite is the lighter alternative for people who just need a file on disk.
