The MDD HR app is the official self-service application for MDD employees, allowing you to manage your daily work-related transactions from your phone without needing to visit HR.<br><br>Key Features:<br><br>Attendance and Departure: Record your attendance and departure times with a single tap and location, and track your daily and monthly attendance history.<br><br>Vacation: View your vacation balance by type (annual, sick, etc.), submit leave requests (full or half-day) with supporting documents, and track the status of your requests and approvals in real time.<br><br>Payroll: View your detailed payslips (gross, deductions, net) and track your salary trends over the months.<br><br>Requests and Transactions: Submit requests for advances, custody, and unrecorded time shifts, and track all your previous requests with a detailed approval history.<br><br>Tasks and Approvals:<br><br>For Managers: Approve or reject requests from your team from one place.<br>For All Employees: Track your assigned tasks, add comments, and complete them easily.<br><br>Instant Notifications<br>Stay informed of all updates regarding your requests and approvals.<br><br>Security and Privacy<br>Secure login with facial recognition or fingerprint, full support for Arabic and English languages, and a right-to-left interface.<br><br>Note: This application is for MDD employees only and requires an active employee account to log in.
