## Description

Ruckus is your browser’s mischievous little sidekick. It lives on your pages, wanders around, naps, chases bugs, and occasionally steals a word — only to give it back.

<strong>🔒 Your data stays yours</strong>

Ruckus needs access to web pages because that is where its features run. It needs to see the page you're viewing to power Find on Page, Reader Mode, text-selection tools, the little creature, and other page features.

It does <strong>not</strong> collect, read, send, or store your browsing data. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded. Saved pages, copied text, and settings stay on your machine.

No accounts. No servers. No analytics. No telemetry. <strong>No network code at all.</strong> It even works with the network switched off.
