Плохой клиентский опыт. В рамках акции 250 руб за первый заказ через приложение скачал app. Оформил заказ на нужную сумму, его отменили потому что не было частично лекарств в аптеке. Пришлось заново заказывать, но оказывается бонусы мне уже как бы не положены, потому что заказ 1ый был отменён. Предложили писать им обращение и через 10 дней они решат что-то. UPD: бонусы начислены после обращения.
