ACCEPTANCE Lite is an opportunity to take pictures of an apartment for an appraisal report without being tied to an expert.
We photographed, filmed a confirmation video, paid for the service in the application and received a ready-made report with an EDS.

For receivers:
Using the ACCEPTANCE Lite application, the acceptance specialist can simultaneously start the process of an independent apartment appraisal, mortgage insurance, mortgage refinancing or tax refund. All services bring the receiver a referral income from the cost of the service.

7 appraisal companies, 7 insurance companies and 14 banks are connected to the system.

In conjunction with the "IPOTEKA Lite" application, the acceptance company can receive orders from the exchange of ordered acceptances, or itself publish orders on the exchange at a commission of 20%.
