## Description

Pulse Panel introduces a compact activity panel that displays incoming Reddit posts in real time. Designed for minimal distraction, it allows users to quickly glance at updates without opening full Reddit pages.

Posts can be expanded inside the panel for preview, and selected items can be opened in new tabs when deeper reading is needed.
