We created the Fogão Gaúcho APP because we want to thank you for your loyalty to our brand, spaces and cuisine.

The gaucho habit of barbecues arose in the harsh winters of the Pampas Plain, when barbecue warmed the body and soul. The tradition continues to this day and, throughout South America, it is a ritual taken very seriously.

At Fogão Gaúcho the cooks are all Brazilians, heirs of this passing of generations.
