Os relatos variam entre utilidade e falhas graves. Muitos usuários destacam notificações constantes de expiração de estacionamento (ainda que antigas ou inexistentes), deslogar repetidamente e dificuldades de login, problemas de registo/credenciais, falhas no pagamento ou créditos, e uma experiência geral pouco estável. Embora a app seja considerada útil, os bugs recorrentes, a sobrecarga de notificações e a má confiabilidade prejudicam bastante a usabilidade.

There are no certainties in life, except for people using ePark app. You can always count on "your parking will expire in 10 mins" 20 times a day until the sun dies. This app checks in on me more than my parents do and this fun quirky feature has desensitized me enough to actually get a fine because these reminders are just spam.
