## Description

PRO OC Mutation tracker is a Firefox add-on that adds useful features to the Patient COVID-19 module to simplify the identification of variants from detected mutations. It displays the proportion of samples containing the same mutation from the total number of whole-genome sequenced samples in the Czech Republic, Europe, and worldwide over the past 1, 3, and 6 months. It also classifies the patient's finding (detected mutations) based on whole-genome sequenced samples containing the same mutation into designations according to the WHO. The data used is specific to the Czech Republic for the past month.
