Worst travel company i have ever worked with. The app was filled with the incorrect information for our trip every step of the way. We were placed in a dirty room with bugs. Itaka was not helpful in making any changes or helping us work with the hotel. They told us to wait in our dirty bug infested room and hope for a new room to be come available. I would rate them lower than 1 star if it were possible.
