The zSerwis app is designed for ZPR Group employees. It allows for convenient reporting of faults, managing tasks, and documenting completed work in one place.<br><br>Thanks to its intuitive interface, users can easily add, edit, and update tasks assigned to them by their supervisors. Each task can include a detailed description, notes, progress, and photo documentation.<br><br>Access to the app requires prior authorization from a supervisor, ensuring security and control over access to the organization&#39;s internal data.<br><br>Key app features:<br><br>Reporting faults – quickly create tickets with a description and attached photo.<br>Task management – ​​an overview of tasks assigned to an employee, with the ability to add new ones.<br>Progress reporting – the ability to record work time and update completion status.<br>Notes and descriptions – adding detailed information to facilitate task completion.<br>Photo documentation – attach photos or take them directly from the app.<br>Marking work completion – quickly confirm task completion and send a report to the supervisor.<br>The app simplifies field task management and clearly displays work progress. Each team member can easily monitor assigned tasks, report technical issues, and document completed activities.
