2025-01-26 | I am not able to change the app language from Czech to English. I've tried many options. If you could suggest I'd change my ratings. And, installing the app I have been asked what language I prefer, so I choosed English, but it doesn't work. Only polish. Another time I bought rice flour and in my recommendation appeared a religion book. And the notifications about checking my recommendations really piss me off. Can you please fix this? | ||
2024-12-29 | I use it regularly. The app works BUT: searching in a different language than polish shows bad results. The website and app do not have same products. You will find some on web and not on app. It seems like two different marketplaces. mall.cz also shows different results even though they merged. If you click on .pl on your browser it will move you to the app and change your language to polish but it will not reset to original after you close the app. Minimum smart post is 12eur for EACH seller. | ||

When apps were on java and symbian, the first option you got when you opened an app was to select language. That was 20years ago...I thought the future was bright back then. Two instances you're missing out on- 1. British customer in Britain buying a gift for his friend on his birthday, 2. A foreigner who just arrived in Czech Republic and wants some stuff for his apartment | ||
2024-12-19 | Horrible application with the worst filter ever. I always leave the app totally frustrated without buying anything. They don't have proper human review of categories of products. The app uses automatrd translation and messes up your search. When you look for softshell ladies' jacket, it finds maybe 3 from the same company, but in different color and rest is not softshell. So it is pointless to filter anything. When you filter material, size and color, and hood, you'll end up with no choice. | ||

2024-12-18 | I ordered goods on 26th of November 2024. The original expected date of delivery was 3 Dec 2024. I recieved notification on 3 Dec 2024 the package will be delivered "today" but when I open the details the package has not left China until 16 Dec 2024. I was not informed about the delay. I am hugely unsatistied and I will never order anything again from this online trash site. |
