A lot has been happening in the US recently. And in some ways, it feels like the US has become some dystopian society like the Republic of Gilead from the Handmaid's Tale. That is why, this extension changes the words "United States of America", "United States", "America", and "USA" to the Republic of Gilead.

In some ways, it acts as a reminder as to what kind of society we are becoming, and that we need to change.
