## Description

This extension prevents PDF files from being saved to your computer when you open them. It allows you to view these files at the URL they were downloaded from.

<em>PDF Always In Tab</em> works by removing the <code>?forcedownload=1</code> URL parameter.

<strong>Alternatives</strong>

If you prefer not to install the extension, you may enable <code>browser.download.open_pdf_attachments_inline</code> in Advanced Preferences (about:config) to modify Firefox's default behaviour. This will prevent the PDF from being saved to your computer.

However, unless you remove <code>?forcedownload=1</code>, the tab will be duplicated every time it reloads.
