## Description

Why make another outline sidebar? Fair question; the extension store is flooded with these things. I made this because I wanted something that:
<ul><li>Is designed for everyday use, not for development.</li><li>Sticks as close as possible to the HTML outline algorithm while remaining usable.</li><li>Displays inside a true browser sidebar; not a popover mounted to a toolbar button, and not inside the page where the page's scripts and styles can see and accidentally interfere with it.</li></ul>
None of the other options did all three.
