## Description

The app streamlines the process of voluntary Farmer registration and collection of soil samples across<br>multiple locations for the purpose of Soil Health card generation in a seamless manner.<br>The app is flexible to accommodate multiple sample collection for multiple farmers at the same time<br>and also accommodate flexibility in the type of test as per farmer requirements.<br>The Data collection and Soil Sample collection are done through trained Community Facilitators and<br>each of the samples are labelled with unique IDs and QR codes for tracking. The QR coded samples are<br>transferred from each location to the Soil Test Resource Center where they are tested by qualified<br>technical professionals to generate site-specific soil health report as well as recommendations.<br>These recommendations will enable the farmers to follow the right practices which in turn will lead to<br>the overall regeneration of the soil health.
