Dynacare Plus is very poorly set up, but got my results. I was originally negative because it told me that my kit code did not exist. Then it did not appear under my lab tests even with the code on the mailed test kit. Then results mysteriously appeared under my profile. It was all like they said it would happen, but their e-services do not work. They should fix them so they don't make customers nervous. It was worth it, minus the stress. Impossible to call anyone; numbers do not work.
