## Description

BinEd is an open-source hex editor that lets you directly browse and edit the binary content of any file. It displays data as numerical codes (hex, binary, octal, decimal) alongside text representations and supports Unicode, UTF-8 and other charsets for accurate text rendering.

Designed for precision editing, BinEd offers insert and overwrite modes, search with match highlighting, undo/redo, and partial-file handling for very large files (supporting sizes up to exabytes in partial mode). Lightweight and developer-focused, it’s ideal for reverse engineering, debugging, file forensics, and low-level data repair.
